Graduate Medical Education (GME) is evolving every day. There are new curricula and programs being created to prepare future physicians to serve communities all over the world. By partnering up with schools of medicine and expanding a complimentary, shared vision, we help initiatives specific to their needs, along with the growth of residency positions, fellowships, research, and community-based needs of the respective SOM.
The issue is many of these newly trained physicians don’t have the opportunities to utilize their skills in medical research, which has the potential to change the world for the better. The Everest Foundation’s mission is to change that by funding GME programs and global initiatives for medical residents to be placed in top institutions that impact the world. We want to be Part of the Cure.
