Professor Rahn Bailey, MD is a graduate of the University of Texas Galveston Branch School of Medicine and completed his residency at Yale College of Medicine. He has over a decade of experience as a GME leader in Psychiatry.  He has been a Program Director of Psychiatry at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee and at Wake Forest University School of Medicine and Medical Center in North Carolina.  Currently he is Assistant Dean of Clinical Education at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles and has years of GME management experience creating ACGME accredited programs.
